Fred has been a pleasure to work with. He was working hard to diagnose our problem and is easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, I had to hire a technician who specialized in my particular unit.

I had called and left a message for someone to come out and give me an estimate for my HVAC system that had went out and never received a return phone call. If you don't want my business I definitely don't need yours that's for sure but that's ok and I will never recommend your company to anyone. The sad part is you were recommended to me!!! They said did you call, I said yes sure did with no return call back. Thank you!!!

Service man came out 3 time staying no more than 5 minutes each visit. Never fix the problem. Heat would run but never shut off. Owner want $6000 to replace my system lol

I called Ledbetter’s heating when our furnace went out a few weeks ago. They were more than helpful in repairing our system and helping us decide cost wise our best route (our unit was 19yrs old). With the multiple quotes we were given, it only made since for us to replace. They gave us many options. They took time to guide us in our budget concerns and overall needs with a new system. Service here was Excellent! Going forward NO MORE LARGE COMPANIES FOR ME!! I will only use Ledbetter’s.

Technician was informative and friendly. He was especially good at assisting us with troubleshooting how to prevent our heating system from being tripped and the emergency heat from being used for an extended period during the winter in order to avoid a skyrocketing electric bill.

They have gone above and beyond to get my heat system fixed. Very respectful employees. Definitely won't choose anyone else. Would definitely recommend if you need your heat and air system fixed.
