One of the employees drove recklessly because their ego was damaged. He couldn't take the fact that i turned out of a shopping center safely so he tailgated me then continued to switch lanes into a right turn only lane just to speed around me, based on my speed he was going at least 65, just to go over the solid white line of a right turn only lane to squeeze in between the car in front of me and i, cutting me off then brake checking me. Bold of him to do it in a company car. If this is how your employees act i can only imagine how they would act in a professional setting. Sad really. I hope is ego is okay! Good thing i was able to get a picture a little while later:)

Jody recently came to fix an issue with my furnace. He was responsive, laid back and informative. My issue is something that will take time to truly know if we've found the solution but so far, it appears to be resolved.
Update: I recently contacted Jody about a duct that needed repair or replacement. He explained that the cost for replacement would be approximately $400 dollars. What's exceptional here is that rather than quickly take my money, he explained the tools necessary for the task and gave me confidence that I could perform the repair myself, which I did. Great business!

Having a 20 year old furnace, I knew we were living on borrowed time. Well of course it decided to die on one of the coldest days of the year! I called Peak City after waking up to a house that was barely 60 degrees. Jody was here by 9:30 talking frankly about the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing. We decided to replace. He said he'd get this going ASAP, definitely within a couple days, it just depended on how fast he could get the new unit and fit us in to their schedule. By 2 p.m., he contacted me and wondered if I could meet his crew at my house to pull out the old unit in anticipation of a 9 a.m. install the next day. I went home, they showed up, pulled the unit, a third guy came with the new unit, and they had it running by 7 p.m., just in time for overnight temps in the 20s. While I know this just turned out lucky for me (same day vs. a couple days), it reflects the kind of people at this company: skilled, hard working, customer-focused, driven to get my home back to normal fast. As a customer, I could not be more satisfied, and the true pleasure is knowing they did the job right, efficiently, and for a fair price. And terrific communication, which is not common these days. Today got the invoice - exactly what I was quoted - and with it, my product registration which they completed online for me. Old school small business that treats customers right -- frankly, fairly, like a friend -- and knows their trade and backs their products is alive and well at Peak City Heating and Air in Apex. Highly, highly recommend!!

Whenever you have a problem with your heating or are there is always that chill you get up your occipital knowing that;
A) you are probably going to have to spend a fair amount of money...
B) you hope you will have an honest technician who does not charge you big for a small problem
C) you are at their mercy regaurding appointment times, work done, parts ordered and, did I mention money?
Peak City Heating and Air removes those worries... I called and within 30 minutes I had somebody at my door. Jody was professional and polite. He figured out my problem quickly and explain it to me in a way that I would understand. He was very clean and covid-19 conscious ( he wore plastic shoe covers and a mask). He even went the extra step, much to my wife's delight, and changed out my air filters for me (she had been asking me to do it for a while). Even my 3 year old daughter who is a little shy was taken with him. Cant say enough good things about these guys... So...short and sweet...you got a HVAC problem...call Peak City.

Jody and the team were exceptional throughout the process with the preliminary install and professional follow up once we completed the project. Saved the day more than once! About 10 days ago, we called for AC service. It was 96 in my office. Service was exceedingly fast and the problem was resolved perfectly. Time before that they fixed a water leak from the HVAC system, amazing service that time too. No nonsense, no sales pitch, just amazing knowledge and service. Highly recommended.
