    the absolute worst company. they never submitted the paperwoprk to my insurance company in regards to my claim. I, as well as the insurance company called them for 6 days and they didnt answer. Insurance company had to send another company. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

    They don't answer their phones!

    Edit 7/27: they said their lines were down so I should email. What do you think happeneded? You guessed it, no reply either. Never heard of a service company with phone lines that are down for a week because of some outage that does not exist. Either way, google sure isn’t down and email should work just fine but hey. Will not use them again.

    The tech came out on 2/9. After he bled my system and installed a new zone valve the heat still did not come on. He then rewired the zone valve and checked to insure it was functioning properly. After he left, I discovered the heat register in the kitchen did not come on, so I immediately called the company to inform them of the issue and was told it should eventually kick on. It never did, however since the (repair date) my heat has been running continuously and I've been unable to turn it off. After multiple calls and text messages (which they claimed to not receive) we were given another appointment that they never kept.

    This service provider is unprofessional, my home warranty company contacted them to service my central AC units over 3 weeks ago, they never contacted me, I called them several times, left messages, they never responded, after 8-10 days I called the warranty company, they brought them on the phone, they said they would be at my house on Wednesday this week between 11:00 to 5:00 PM, they did not show up,
    I called them at 4:00, and at 5:00, left voicemails, sent text messages to “Arizona” to get an emergency response and no one responded,
    I called the warranty company today and they brought them on the line, “Arizona” answered and when I told her that they didn’t show up 3 days ago, she disconnected the call.
    The worst service that I have ever experienced,
    No respect, no professionalism, no reliability.
    I would never use them if my life depends on it.

    Guy is great. He came on time and repaired our HVAC system. You could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing—very professional. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the responsiveness/professionalism of his office staff. Would definitely use them again.

    I have a service contract with Sears. This is who they sent me. Not my choice, and after poor service in the field and office, I would recommend you steer clear of this company. Lacking in professional and personal skills. Installation required two return visits. The last being a leak in the system due to improper insulation. I’m seriously considering leaving Sears and going somewhere else.
