    Keith arrived quickly when our furnace wasn’t working on the coldest night of the year. Got us running temporarily until new part came in. Rob completed the install of the new part on a Saturday and we couldn’t be happier. Both very professional and we highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

    I contacted First Class on a Saturday during an August heat wave because the fan on the outdoor AC unit was not running. They were able to send a technician, Carlos, out on the same day and he was able to fix the electrical problem causing the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, and persisted in investigating the problem until it was fixed. They also charged a very reasonable price for their services. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend First Class to my friends and neighbors. Thank you First Class!

    We cannot say enough about Keith and his team at First Class. They are professional and value your time and money. Our heat went out in our office and they showed up almost immediately and got it up and running. We will definitely call on them again if and when the time comes. We highly recommend!!!

    Placed a call for an issue with fan still running while air unit was off. Tech was able to assist me over phone without a house visit nor a labor charge. It was a simple issue to fix over phone in minutes. I definitely learned something. Immensely appreciated. Great job!

    My Wife and I recently purchased a home for my mother in law. We are from CT, so being new to Rockland area, we had no idea who to call to update an old heating and cooling system. We did some checking and spoke with some neighbors naturally inquiring about a credible and trustworthy heating and air con company. First Class was mentioned a couple times from a few different families. After meeting with the owner Keith, he went through our options as far as system types, pricing and other comfort options. My Mother in Law happens to be a healthy 87 year old and she needed good air quality and reliable equipment. Keith and his entire company were extremely thorough from the moment he took our call, to the time the guys were cleaning up the drop cloths and sweeping up the floors (leaving it cleaner than before they arrived). We feel they will always be there, based on their professionalism in case of heating or cooling emergency for Mom. Being that we live in Danbury, CT, which is over an hour away, it’s great having peace of mind. From the time we signed an agreement to the finish was only a couple of days. Thank you so much to great NY State HVAC company. Highly Recommend.

    Would give zero stars. Terrible, frustrating waste of time, horrible customer service. Tried to get estimate for ductless AC. No show to initial appt (no notice - just didn't show), rescheduled, waited (still waiting) for promised estimate for almost 3 weeks. Texted with technician but never heard back from company despite multiple promises re: timing (few days, next week, end of the weekend, etc.) and several follow up calls. Don't even have the courtesy to call and say they can't be bothered to follow up with an estimate. Maybe they'll deign to do business with you but be warned.
