Very bad experience. Guy Fred , may be the owner of this company very unprofessional to talk. He told me “ I have one minute to decide to pay full amount before he start the work” . Which is totally wrong to say to the client . I told him to take half money before and half after finishing the work but he was not listening. So he left and I am in the middle of my incomplete work looking for another company. This is not professional , will never recommend him to anyone.

Greg, the technician that came out, diagnosed our air conditioner’s issue quickly, went and got the part, came back and fixed it. No problems at all, and my house is cooling again. As for the company, they sent Greg THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. This made me very happy! Finally, I appreciated the communication from the company. They confirmed my appointment, let me know when Greg would be coming, and even sent me a picture. I am a satisfied first time customer!
