I am a do it yourself person who came to krell cause other place wouldnt sell to the public. helpful, but charges public extra for parts, another words a $100 gas valve, they will charge you $200 if you aren't wholesale. I only found out when I went to another supplier locally that offered the samething for half the price.

They usually have what I need, but if you are "just" a customer and not a contractor in their system, they change maximum possible price and give large discounts for the same items to certain people.
