My experience with this Company has been more than stellar! Dealing with an older home (100 +), there are so many unforeseen issues/concerns that occur. Each one was dealt with in a way to be safe throughout the installations. I commend Derrick and the professional crew he has assembled! The jobs were not just 'done' they were DONE RIGHT!

So I just wanted to let everyone know how incredibly happy I have been with my new gas hvac unit. I really didn’t expect to feel much of a difference from my old system since I live in a 120 year old house that is drafty, but let me tell you it has been amazing! My house has been so nice and evenly warm. Additionally, over the last 3 months, my gas bill has been almost $40 less each month, that is so awesome. Thank you and I can’t wait till it gets hot out so I can fire up my new AC.

I recently had a propane furnace/on-demand hot water heater installed. The crew was there exactly when they said they would be there, and cleared out all of the old equipment, and cleaned up the work space. Since having the unit installed, there have been a few minor glitches. They are highly responsive to my phone calls, and generally had someone out to repair the issue within a matter of a couple of hours. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your heating and hot water needs.

We had a furnace issue a couple weeks back. Saturday the owner was at the shop and super helpful. Bought a replacement blower motor. Found out it was another part that was bad. Called Sunday and owner was at the shop and was again super helpful. With that being said they will be the only HVAC place we will use. Thank you!

I become aware of this company through my employer. They routinely service our boilers at work and I'd heard nothing but great things. I was struggling to find someone to fix residential issues, so I contacted them. Best service I've received from any repair professional. On-time, Very communicative and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and made repairs in one stop.
They truly understand the equipment; they have no issue explaining it thoroughly in simple language.

Mark and Derek came and installed an air conditioner and a new furnace, they were very professional, courteous and friendly! They were on time and very thorough! The serviceman, Brian, was here within 30 minutes. Diagnosis was made promptly. Had all parts and supplies on his truck. Job complete in a very timely manner. Chargers for service were very reasonable for all of the work performed. Highly recommend!

What a great company very professional,on time quick repairs even had to order parts,came next day and installed,very reasonable priced,and and returned all calls I made to them at 9pm on a Saturday night,Derek came out and was amazingly quick to diagnose the issue,thank you Derek and reading inc,for great service
