Jerromey and his crew did an amazing job at a very fair price. Communication was excellent, they worked around our tight schedule. We will be calling them for our next job.

I found them online and saw that they offer $20 off to the first time customers. I called, mentioned the online promotion and was told that they offer free estimates and don't change for showing up at the house.... so I had them come out the same day to unplug the drain from the house to the main road and give me a quote on some additional work that is needed. They did the work fine and quoted me $3k for additional work....but when I got the final bill there was $40 fee for showing up and the $20 discount was not applied. When I called the office the person that I spoke with told me that he was new and was not aware of the fee. He also had to call me back about about the $20 discount, which he was told could not me applied because it had to be printed and shown to the mechanic. BUT WHY? You advertise it on you website and I mentioned when I called. BUNCH OF BS..... They had the decency to follow up to see if I will use them for the quote they they give me......NOOOO

Great to deal with! The owner (Jerromey) went above and beyond to help me. Very professional, returned my call immediately, explained everything that needed to be done and was very fair with pricing in my opinion. I would highly recommend and will definitely call back if needed in the future. A+++ in my book.
