Absolute Heating & Cooling

Had a new Rheem high efficiency furnace installed in July 2021. My December gas usage was over 201 CCF and it was a relatively warm month. Have tried to get the installer, Absolute Heating to come back out to check it and they keep making excuses and apparently have no intention of coming out. I complained twice on the Rheem site, completing their online form with my issues and they haven't responded at all. I will be filing BBB complaints against both companies as I have a 10 year warranty against defects that neither concern has any intention of addressing.

My new Rheem tank started giving me problems after 8 month. Company was more than willing to send replacement part but offered no techs in my area. Thankfully absolute heating came out to install my part. Two days later I had another part fail on my tank (not their fault). They were so great and came in on a Saturday for no extra fee's to install my second part. I already saved their # in case the tank fails again.

Our one-year old central air conditioning system had a bad capacitor and wasn't running on the hottest day of the year thus far. When all other HVAC companies were not answering their phones, this company did. Brandon called back the same day and was at our house early the next morning. These folks care about their customers. We highly recommend Absolute Heating and Cooling.

Nice guy, but did a shoddy job of reconnecting my cold air return ducting to the new furnace. Exhaust duct to the chimney was also shoddily installed.

On a Sat. mid morning , while I was at work with the temp. around 92 F , I called to have my AC repaired . I thought it might have something to do with a replaced thermostat and figured to schedule an appointment for the next week or two in the future. I had called 3 other places and got no response.
I was met at my home before 3:30 pm and had cool air blowing around in less than half an hour.
Same day service , polite , knowledgeable and at a price that was so low I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement!!!!
5 STAR service is what I got from this company and I highly recommend them!

HORRIBLE, complete hack work and untruthful. This contractor installed a new HVAC system in a house I was renovating. He installed things wrong, poorly, and tried to defraud us by putting in fake cold air returns and heating ducts. Brandon, the owner lied and told me he didn't own the company, now I see why. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Spent $15k in 6 months with the company,, very responsive at first but stopped picking up calls when the issues started coming up after the install,, wouldn’t recommend at all,, poor service,, calling BBB

My Ac stopped working one day and decided to call this company. The man was very polite and friendly, after he figured out the problem he ran to grab a part and in no time after it was running just as new. Very responsive and excellent service.
