Working with Tudor was a very good experience. They removed my old central AC units and installed 2 new units. Overall I think the biggest positive I can mention is that they’re incredibly responsive and clear about what’s going on. Whenever I had a question or concern it was answered immediately. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for any of my AC needs.

I hired Tudor HVAC to clean my mini-split system, which was leaking and giving error codes on units. The guys were total pros and got the system back up and running the same day. About a month later I was getting error codes on units and called Tudor. They walked me through trouble shooting it over the phone and got me back up and running. They went above and beyond to take care of me as a customer. Incredibly hard to find this level of service, knowledge and professionalism these days. Highly recommended!

We called Tudor as they were a recommended Navien service specialist. Our hot water wasn’t working and we had been out of heat for over 2 days. Took a few follow up calls to get them to commit to coming the next day. However, they did not respond to texts or calls when asking for an ETA or whether they would commit to actually turning up. I expressed concern that we had children and needed a response, one way or another so we could move on to find a solution urgently.

We have two small children and our Saturday was left waiting for them to show up. They never turned up or called back.

This is foundational courtesy and basic in business. I would not recommend based on professionalism.

Also, they do not have a physical business location on Google Maps. It’s just pinned to a random building.

Their work is very professional. I used them to corrected another plumber’s bad job with Combi boiler.

Contacted the company for service to install cooling and heating mini split system. Person came out very well spoken and knowledgeable. Informed me of great options to think about. A date was set for the work. Guys came out did the job in a timely manner. Pricing was very fair. Happy with the whole process.

Most efficient air conditioning company we have ever worked with. Waisted no time getting to work. Was polite and courteous. Made sure all the furniture was covered and got the job done quickly. I used this company a few weeks back when I was having issues with my heating. Two other companies I used prior couldn’t figure it out, but Tudor was able to diagnose the problem with one visit. Great company, very professional and straight forward

Asim and his crew were great start to finish. They clearly communicated their process and cost to diagnose the problems. Then they explained what they found, and gave us another estimate to fix it. We went low cost the first time which led to the bad installation in the first place. Won’t do that again!
Tudor gave us a competitive price, completed it quickly, were neat, unobtrusive while our work from home went on, and told us when they couldn’t come one day because a part had not come in on time.
This was a big job, addressing multiple problems- 4 condensers, 8 minisplits, one central ductless air handler, 5-story building- and from the first consultation to the last day of work (including our decision making process which probably isn’t fair!) they were done in a month.
It has been working perfectly since.
