I had no heat on my top floor and thought it was something as simple as replacing the thermostat. The owner of the company was very prompt in diagnosing the issue, quickly realized that both the boiler and thermostat either needed to be replaced or repaired, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and why. With that said, you’ll get what you pay for in terms of expertise, knowledge, precision, professionalism, courteousness, punctuality and no debris left behind in work areas. A very clean well done job!

After installing an Ecobee my AC is not working, every time I select AC, the heat turns on instead. The previous guy I used could not fix the problem. I searched internet for Ecobee, and this company turns up. Mario is certified in Ecobee products, he is very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problem which is that the signal wire to AC compressor is wrongly wired. It only took about 40 mins for him to fix the problem. The price is reasonable too. I highly recommend this company.

JAH BLESS HVAC is iT!!!! I had a tenant complaining of the hvac unit blowing differently from the week before afraid it will go out on her dead of the winter I rushed to Google for immediate help. After calling 6 businesses,yes 6 (apparently this service is in high demand this season) Mario's consultation fee beat everyone else and his commitment to prioritize my job before anyone else was golden he understood the urgency and need for me to have satisfied customers for my short term rental business. Mario was prompt attentive and ran several tests to confirm his diagnosis. This reassured me he was testing his theories and made me feel like each dollar was being earned which helps me sleep at night. In a timely manner and with great precision Mario explained to me in lamens terms how the unit actually communicates with temperature and how to properly maintain it moving forward. Overall the units Heat performance was perfect. Mario is a professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. Search no further.

Omg! Woke up this morning with no heat in my home! Found this company online, read some reviews and gave them a call. Mario was there in no time and fixed my boiler explaining everything! Super pleased with his service!

Excellent technician. No heat. Found the problem. Stuck float in the refill valve, if I'm explaining it correctly....sending signal that the boiler needed water. Anyway, cleaned it out and didn't have to replace the valve. Recommend to everyone.
