Had the service done this past weekend. Technician was timely, informative, and thorough. It feels wonderful to walk into a cool home when it's so hot out. I recommend STM for HVAC service, especially for condo owners I haven't had the work done yet, but based on a brief conversion (via my home warranty program)with he I think I'm going to be very pleased especially considering the difficult I've experienced with other HVAC venders through the warranty program.
