    Excellent if you have a service contract for regular maintenance only. However, anything beyond that does not get handled. The service tech, Jimmy, and the office assistant, Meaghan, are great. The company owner, Todd, DOES NOT return calls. It is disgraceful. As a customer with a service contract, I’ve been calling since May to get an additional part replaced and have not heard back from Todd (it is December).

    I needed to replace my entire HVAC system. I called Friday at 5 o’clock on a referral and left a message asking them to call me so I could get a price on the whole system. I did not hear from them at all. Since it was a referral, I called back again on Monday afternoon and spoke to a person and she assured me that someone would call ASAP. Three days later I still haven’t heard anything from them. I guess they want me to beg them but that’s not going to happen.

    After 3 years on an annual service contract, the technician coming onsite has always been very good and would merit 5 stars. However, the administration side is non responsive and it is impossible to schedule a visit for service paid for. Calls go to voicemail and there is no return call during office hours and out of hours the calls are directed to a cellphone where the person is never able to assist other than to say that calls are always answered during the day. Over three years it has been a battle to get an appointment for the pre-paid bi-annual maintenance culminating this summer where the service was never done despite leaving multiple voice mails which were never returned.

    I called for service and was asked to leave my name, phone number and email and someone would call me. Nobody called. I went to their office the next week and the two people there said leave your name and phone number and someone will call you, which I thought odd as I was in their office. NOBODY CALLED! What the heck is up with people? You think you can stay in business with such disrespect!? I'm done!

    Work began on my central AC install over 8 months ago and still has not been completed. Phone calls go unreturned. When we do happen to catch someone by phone excuses are made.

    I had central air installed 3 years ago and it has been the best money I have ever spent. I have never had a problem scheduling my annual cleaning.

    Called several times to try and get service. Calls go unanswered and company completely unresponsive. Came and "repaired" my humidifier. Charged me $1500 and it's never worked.

    We used them to install a whole new HVAC system and the work was very good. They also came in with a fair price.

    They Do Not reply to calls for service. Most people will except that you are busy. But tell people. Just don’t ignore the calls and not return them. Very unprofessional.
