I originally utilized NYC Plumber & HVAC last summer when we needed a new water heater, and now I'm calling them again. After that installation, I knew I wanted to use them again when it was time to replace our HVAC because of their advanced age and a coolant leak. Unfortunately, I was out of town when the installation was completed. My husband praised Kordell and Crimson's professionalism and politeness, and I agree that they may have left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. They took the time to fully brief my husband on the new system so that he could tell me. I've spoken to the office several times over the past few weeks and found the staff to be helpful and pleasant each time. This is the largest purchase we've made since becoming homeowners, yet we're still fairly new to homeownership. A week after I called a different, highly rated firm to service my AC, they still hadn't sent a Kordell. After calling Crimson in the afternoon, I was given a morning appointment. Within an hour of his arrival, the Crimson had resolved the issue (component replacement). The temperature in the house began to drop almost instantly. The technician, Crimson, did an excellent job.
