I was asked to enter my (Manhattan) zip code, which is adjacent to the business' listed address, and connected to another HVAC company in Morristown NJ that could not service my business' broken unit. Many of the other reviews appear to be written by bots -- note how generic and unspecific the language is.

We have been using Best HVAC for a long time now. They just recently installed a brand new HVAC system in our home for us. This is a top-notch company. They are indeed the very best air conditioning service in NYC to be found. Due to bad voltage fluctuation, my AC suddenly stopped working all of a sudden and I got scared. I have a super awkward schedule of work and hence it could be understood how hard it was for me to get hold of someone to do the fixing in a flexible way. Except for these guys, I got a refusal from everyone to agree to work at the time that was gonna be convenient for me. They came and saw that the main problem was with the wiring that had to get changed. They did and they did so to the best of my satisfaction. Also, their charges have been absolutely nominal, even considering the fact that they completely took a detour to make sure that my booking was sorted out in a time frame suitable to me. Hats-off to such service providers. I will definitely be calling only them from now on.

The air conditioner of my house was producing a lot of sounds and also a very pungent smell. I immediately called this HVAC company for the servicing of my AC. When they opened the compressor of the AC, there was a dead rat inside it. They cleaned the compressor and also resolved the issue of the sounds that were coming from the air conditioner. Thank you, guys, for doing this job for me.

I reach out to Best HVAC regarding some HVAC/refrigeration issues. They came out 1 day and said they fixed our AC leakage issue which was not fixed, started leaking the following day. Afterwards they told me they will call in the morning to stop by again and never did. I called and texted them and got no response. I followed up 2 days later called 4 times and got no response until I called from a different number to get a response “ I will call you later “ which they never did. I had to reach out again and finally got in contact with “Michael” who said 2 days in a row that he will send a tech to fix the issue and never did. We paid them over $500 dollars for a job that wasn’t fully completed and to simply get ignored. Not sure where the miscommunication and disorganization on their end is but I will never use this company again.

Adam was great technician did a wonderful and great job repaired my AC and cleaned it, he was professional and knew exactly what to look for and he really exceeded my expectation and also he was very patient with me considering I am an elderly, i will definitely ask for him for my future services .
