Cannot say enough wonderful things about Vinny Vota. Lost ac on Fourth of July and within the hour Vinny was at my door! This is not the first time I’ve called him and he has always shown up immediately and fixed any issues I have had. He is always so attentive and knowledgeable...truly the best!

He was great. After 2 other HVAC companies not showing he showed when he said he would. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem really quickly. Lastly he gave me some great recommendations to help maintain the system and some things that will help me save money. Really appreciate that being a business owner myself.

Let me start off by saying that I am new to Long Beach, NY and just purchased our first home with my wife. We were moving in with both sets of our parents and extended family in town for the weekend helping. On Saturday, one of our AC units stopped working! In a panic, I searched the web until I found V Vota Mechanical , and Vinny. I called the company and left a voicemail on Sunday morning at 8am, in 45 min I received a call back and Vinny set to come by that morning! By 10am, he had come out to our house, completely inspected our AC and Heating units, assessed what needed to be fixed (Flux capacitor.) Vinny set us up with a temporary fix right there and then, which allowed us to continue working/moving and painting in cool temperatures! He ordered the new part and was back the next day on Monday to install it for a permanent fix! Super easy to work with and he is super flexible and nice! I look forward to working with him to handle all of my HVAC needs and will recommend him to all who will listen! Thank you Vinny!

Vin is the real deal! He is the only one who has been able to get my new heating system working correctly. This guy knows his stuff! He is also a really nice person to deal with. From my experience I can tell you that the quality of his work and customer satisfaction are his priority. He even called me the following day to make sure everything was working ok. That goes a long way. So to sum it up, if you want a guy who is passionate about what they do, does quality work, nice person and very fair prices, Vin Vota at V Vota Mechanical is the guy! Listen to me: Vinny is GREAT!!!! Called late morning for my malfunctioning AC. Vinny texted 30 minutes out and arrived at 2:45pm same day! Superior diagnostic skills, excellent workmanship, good humored and courteous. Problem solved within 15-20 minutes as looked for simplest fix first. I will use Vinny for my AC and Heat from now on because he is a GEM!!!!

After a few failed attempts to find a reliable, consistent and honest HVAC guy, we were able to get Vinny in yesterday to service our unit which was not working during one of the most oppressive stretches of the summer. In mid-July, our AC unit was misdiagnosed and serviced incorrectly by a large HVAC competitor on the south shore. To add insult to injury, we were grossly over-charged for this work that did NOTHING to solve the problem.

Vinny was everything you would expect in a professional, but seldom see these days. He's personable, honest and direct. He was prompt and diagnosed the problem immediately and explained to me, as if I was an apprentice, what was wrong and how he was going to remedy the situation. And, he was correct.

As Vinny said while leaving yesterday afternoon, 'you've got to trust people..' I trust Vinny and would recommend him to any and all who need a reliable, professional and honest HVAC guy.

I called first thing in the morning and Vinny returned my call within minutes. He said he would show up later and he showed up exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed my system very quickly had to get a part returned promptly and installed the new part. Couldn't have possibly gotten it fixed any quicker. Thanks Vinny you are the man.

V Vota did a heating/ hot water System 2000 install. He personally talked to us about the system and did the install, which is not something you will find in a "big" company. So he was able to tailor the installation according to our requests and did an excellent job.
A few weeks after the install the system stopped working - in the middle of a winter storm that paralyzed the area. Against all odds Vinny was able to make it out to us and find a temporary solution (it was due to a faulty gasket, nothing related to installation). No other company would have gone to the lengths he did. He will definitely treat you like family and not let you down in an emergency – which is the most important time. Highly recommending him!

Thank you Vinny, no heat for my tenants, I called, he was there asap, diagnosed the problem, gave my tenants heat until the part came in, installed part, and as the song goes "The Heat is On!" He checked in a few times as well. Thanks again Vinny!!!

I highly recommend V Vota Mechanical. He handles all of my HVAC. He makes sure it's maintained properly, to avoid major problems and expense, and when something needs to be done, it's done properly, and for a fair price. Most importantly, he's reliable, when you need him, he's there. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Vinny is the best! He’s honest and doesn’t try to overcharge or nickel and dime you. Vinny saved us when our heat went out in the middle of winter. He came at such short notice and was so kind and friendly. After dealing with many other heating companies that are basically scammers, Vinny was a Godsend!
