I would give a zero star if possible. This company is terrible and fraud us money! They have not finished their job and do not show up in our house any more now matter how we call or text them. Sometimes they replied they will show up but no show at all!!!! Before we sign the contract, HVAC plus say they just need to come 2 to 3 times and will replace all the system in one week. But it has been already 3 months, they leave a mass in a my house with a pipe not connect properly to machine! Do not use them service! They are rude and cheating! I regreted that I gave them all the money when signed the contract just because I trusted them. How could this kind of fraud company exist in the market?!

We had some issues with the work that another hvac company did. HVAC plus came in and fixed the issues the previous company had neglected. The father/son team are a pleasure to work with. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend.

I had problem with my Central air past two days. Warm air all day. A.C. keeps running but the house getting hotter. I was dying. Home temperature went up to 86. Mike and his crew from HVAC Plus came to the rescue. They came earlier than promised. Half hour later. OMG. I am in a better place now. I definitely recommend them. Very professional and attentive. My god, this might be the best HVAC company in the country. As a traveling business man, I’m constantly moving around the country settling in various cities. Every time I have to rent a new home for my family I have to get in touch with the local HVAC company to come do some work to give my family a comfortable atmosphere. I’ve lived in just about every state in the country and the worst part about traveling was dealing with the HVAC. I always had issues that took weeks to resolve and it must’ve been the biggest burden of my career. My family has never been satisfied or happy with the jobs done. Fast forward a couple of years and here I am in great neck. I just thought to myself boy what a pain in the neck it’s going to be to set up HVAC in New York. One of the worst, if not the worst, bipolar states in the country in regards to weather. Then enters Mister Mike. He must be the son of angels. His charisma, passion, and sheer drive to make his clients happy is what stood out the most. I’ve never experienced such a job well done in my life. His team was reliable, fair, on time, and diligent in their work. Everything was wrapped up within a couple of days and now my family is thinking of living in this town forever. His prices are beyond reasonable for his expertise. Top quality production is what entails all who chose to be serviced by him. God bless you Mister Mike, your amazing father Fred and the rest of your family. I truly believe you will soon be a world renowned company in the years to come. You put all other HVAC companies across the country in the big bag!

It's been 95+ degrees here in great neck and the hvac system in my laundromat busted. With all the washing and drying machines running, the temperature increased to over 115 in the store. I called practically all the hvac companies that I have worked with previously and after coming to inspect, they all told me that they couldn't repair it until the following week and gave me exorbantly high quotes. I am normally extremely hesitant with new vendors but I was anxious to get it fixed. I started calling some local hvac companies which led me to hire Mike. He was by far one of the most professional and punctual vendors that I have ever worked with. After explaining the urgency of the situation, he immediately came to assess the issue and was back within a few hours with equipment and his team. They fixed the issue the same afternoon and he is even coming back next week to do a follow up of the system. Highly recommend this company to everyone!
