There’s one word that I could use and that’s Fabulous. Thank you Tina and Mike for your Professionalism and Amazing Service!! We were told by someone else that the A/C System had a leak and needed to be replaced. I called Whitestone Air and they came out and did a full A/C Service Fully cleaned the unit and determined there was no leak but rather loose fittings!! After tightening the fittings and topping off A/C, now it’s Perfect!!! Thank you so much!!! This is a 5 Star operation and I strongly recommend them to Everyone!!!🙏🙏👍🥇

I have been a customer for Whitestone Air for many years. They replaced a new unit for us a couple of years ago and just recently completed a preventative maintenance check on the entire system before the summer begins!! Tinas knowledge and customer service is excellent and she is great to work with. Their AC Techs are on time, competent, thorough, professional and took the time to explain everything they did. I highly recommend Whitestone Air!

From the initial phone call with Tina to the visit with Mike they couldn’t be more professional. Found the issue immediately and had our air conditioner up and running in no time. Thank you Tina and Mike!!!

Scam alert! This HVAC company is Atrocious!!!
We called last summer when our HVAC outdoor central air broke down. After numerous attempts to get day for them come they came and charged us $200+ to only diagnose said the Central AC needs an compressor and that it needed to be ordered. Told us would contact us when arrived. Called them numerous times weekly turned to daily timed to every few hours to check on them. Coz honestly this is how much time you need to call them to get a hold of them. Every time we finally got a hold of them they would say part arriving soon. One point after a whole month and half of sweltering heat and rashes on our family members. They finally tell us parts are here someone needs to just pick it up. Then starts the whole debacle of someone Needs to pick it. This stretches for more endless days into weeks. Finally we had it. We called some one else and they fixed the problem in 1 week! After I called them again to complain they said they will give back the deposit. Numerous tries after that they kept sending my call to voicemail. I had to literally message through their Facebook page to get a hold of them. Then they said don’t worry they will mail the deposit to us. You guys guessed it right! BINGO no refund.

Every summer this sham of a company preys on innocent people. Charges ridiculous amount to just come and diagnose promise to fix and then they disappear.

They installed 3 ductless mini-splits to 5 rooms for us and kept things very clean indoors. Very professional and explained what will be done clearly. Family is happy with the install. I would recommend them.
