Jeff is thorough, fast, efficient and so customer service oriented. I rated Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc a 5 because I have always gotten fantastic service from them with exception to one technician and I can’t remember his name but outside of that, I’ve been in my house going in four years and they are phenomenal!!! One bad egg doesn’t ruin the whole batch. They made it right and they went out of their way to do it so I appreciate that.

I called Miller’s Heating and Air Conditioning when I needed my furnace cleaned. I explained that as a first time home owner I was in need of education on my furnace and education about the ductwork in my old home in addition to cleaning. Jeff and his stellar technician were superb. They both spent a lot of time with me to thoroughly answer my questions and educate me on how to properly maintain my furnace, ductwork and even offered referrals to other companies for services I had questions about. He didn’t upsell me on services I didn’t need and was kind, courteous and efficient in my home.

This is regarding a commercial store repair for an AC unit. I rarely post google reviews, but the poor service from Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning made me feel obligated to warn other consumers. My initial experience with Miller's office staff was great. They were well spoken, efficient and even got me on the schedule quickly for an AC inspection & repair. However, on the day of the service call I was provided a window from 7am-11am to expect the technician and received a call at 9:45am on a different phone number then was provided to the vendor for contact and got a message saying there weren't enough techs available so the appointment was being cancelled. I reached out several times for an explanation and did not get a call back. It is understandable if Miller's was too busy due to current circumstances and could not schedule a service call, but it is unacceptable to treat customers in the way it was handled. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another HVAC company if you dont want to be stood up and treated like you dont matter.

Had a heating emergency on a 10 degree day and called them. They seemed responsive and took down our furnace details and the error code. But then they worked hard to sell us a contract before showing up to do any work -- a contract they wanted us to sign via a text link right on the spot without reading it. They also took our credit card number and wanted our birthday (??), and they said the technician would come at 8AM. I called them at noon to see where they were, and apparently the technician came by but didn't knock! He supposedly called and left a message, but no message. The most chaotic mess I have ever experienced. I can't believe we gave them our credit card number.

Very glad we choose Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Great customer service, very courteous, got us scheduled and the Service Tech arrived even before the scheduled time. He wasted no time, he diagnosed the problem, explained the correct fix and got er done. Awesome Technician !!! Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc from start to finish exceeded my expectations!!!!

Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning comes highly recommended. Very professional and knowledgeable crew willing to answer any question I have. The company is very responsive to emergency calls and provides fantastic customer service in a timely manner. The techs were great! The went into detail about the work that was being done. Am glad to report that the furnace works like a brand new. I would recommend Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. to friends and family!

I called this Company to do some A/C work on my Mother in laws house that is right in the same town Elmsford NY they said they could be there between 2:30 & 6:00 pm. So I left work after only a half day a drove the hour it takes to get down there and sat around waiting. as the afternoon dragged on called them at 5 to check in Now you think your call a local shop only to find out its some type of call service {don't even know if it's in the USA}they will not give you some in the shop. they said someone will call me back. 6 o clock come and went I stayed there till after 7 o clock no-one called. drove the hour back home. not fun and a wasted time. Stay away from this company
