John was kind enough to provide me with an estimate of various services at no charge. In addition, when it later came time to fix the leaky faucet handle that was driving me nuts, he arrived exactly on schedule and promptly fixed the leak. I highly recommend his services.

After our hot water heater failed yesterday, we were very pleased that John was upfront about pricing and that he correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced a part rather than just saying that the water heater needed replacing. He responded quickly and honestly! Mary C
