He was on time to do his job, he called earl before coming like I instructed them to do. He is very knowledgeable on the product or services their performed with his partner that morning.

My Fireplace wasn’t working. They came out and didn’t fix it but still charged me over $150 and then lied to my credit card company about my dispute. So they charged me over $150 to tell me that my fireplace was broke, that’s the exact reason why I had them come out. Save your money and time and go some place else. They called me after the service call and I had told them about the fireplace still not being fixed . All they said well that’s unfortunate and offered no restitution or resolve.

Workers showed up on time. Very polite and did their job well. Explained how to use the new furnace and cleaned up all their work. Would highly recommend

I met Jake H. at the Buffalo Home Show and was not only impressed by his knowledge and expertise regarding water heating systems, but was even more impressed that he was willing to set up a plan for future work without being pushy and scheduling right then and there. He allowed my wife and I to consider our options and contact him if and when we were ready to do so. That being said, we decided to go with Isaac and were more than satisfied! Jake H conducted a walk through of the home and drafted a reasonable quote for a new water heater and planned out how the new unit would be installed. Our installer, Bill L from the Buffalo team was amazing. He arrived with everything he needed, planned his course of action for the install, and began working. Our new Rheem Tankless water heater was installed in a matter of hours, and our old 40 gal tank water heater was removed. I never thought that a tankless waterheater would be a focal point for a home until I saw how clean the installation was. Bill L. did such an amazing job and made easy work of the install. He also went above and beyond by replacing our leaking shutoff valves for our washer/ dryer unit. I'd highly recommend Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC/Plumbing/Home Energy Performance Needs. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Two guys showed up right on time, they workrd diligently on my furnace,however they couldn't figure up what the problem was. They called in a third guy (Truble shooter) and he got my system up and running in just a few minutes.

I was very pleased with my experience of installing central air with Isaac Heading/Cooling. I received a detailed quote on the spot and scheduled the installation about 10 days out. I expected it would be much longer. However, I received a call that they could do the install "Thursday" which was 2 days after I approved the quote. The technicians called when they said they would and took great care in my home leaving no evidence whatsoever that they were there. Highly recommend.

I called Issac’s today in regards to my CO detectors be set off. The operator/ dispatcher was very professional and was able to get me an appointment the same day. The service tech Taylor C was phenomenal. Young man, on time, very knowledgeable and honest. He was able to determine my issue within minutes of being at my home. Based on my experience with just these two individuals thus far, I’d recommend Issac’s heating to everyone. The service tech also spoke highly of his employer. Thank you all for your help.

Very thorough and professional. Everything explained in detail. Installation team was on time, very professional and worked efficiently. Whole process took about 6 hours and they cleaned everything up when they were done. Financing was quick and easy. Got a quote on 5/18 and install was done on 5/23. Very happy with our decision to hire Isaac for this job.

Chris was very professional, on time and courteous! He did a great job with our AC system install. Our house can be challenging with HVAC improvements and Chris did an awesome job customizing the new system to meet our needs. We highly recommend Chris, Lilly and the whole Isaac team.
