I had an excellent experience with this business; everyone was professional, friendly, and prompt. My turnaround time from calling in for a service appointment to getting a new AC was incredibly fast. Jason personally went out of his way to help me navigate the warranty process for my new unit, and I got a new AC installed the very next day. While I'm sure it's not possible to have such a quick turnaround in every situation, I am confident that they will treat you like a human being and conduct their business with integrity and expertise. 10/10 service.
I needed to find a new service company to fix a window AC that was leaking as the guys that usually work my building said they could come in four (4) weeks. North Pole's team turned around the COI paperwork for my building in an hour and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The two guys that came were AMAZING, they saw I was in socks and instantly both took their shoes off and got right to work. They diagnosed the problem and got to work right away. They reinstalled the unit better than it was done previously and even took the trash out with them. I cannot recommend North Pole Cooling enough. We hired this company to fix our AC that was leaking. After evaluating it for 10 minutes they said a tube was clogged and it would be $225. They went to get a part from their truck, then told my husband he should just take the part and do it himself. He said for $225 I prefer the professional do it. They did and left shortly after. Fast forward two weeks and the unit is leaking again. I called them back and they told me it wasnt their fault as it wasnt leaking when they left. I told them it was $225 and they didn’t fix the problem if it’s still broken and the entire experience was unacceptable. They hung up on me.
The Most Responsive Service Call I Ever Experienced!!! Called on a Saturday late afternoon Labor Day weekend because my unit wasn’t turning on. I placed a service call and received a call back within 5 mins from Jason. He walked me through resetting the unit and it worked perfectly. Service does not get better than that. Thank you so much!
North Pole technicians Rafael and Vlady arrived on time and did a thorough and professional job. Without being asked, they removed their shoes and wore masks. They were friendly and polite. And they left the area much cleaner than it was when they arrived. When I asked why they were so meticulous, Vlady said, "You might as well do the job right." This all-to-rare work ethic seems to be shared by everyone at North Pole. I've used them twice and will again.
Short & Sweet: These guys are the greatest ever!!!! It is obvious why Friedrich uses them as its go to installers. From the moment I started speaking with Rosalina to set up my service appointment until the time that my AC units were installed it was seamless. Alfredo couldn't be more professional and zen in this time of covid 19- (being around him was an added bonus). Even my husband looked forward to our second appointment for the second unit. LOL! Bye Bye Figlia & Son with your nasty customer service and lazy installers who don't want to adjust the cord to come out of the side that you prefer (they say it tase so long yet North Pole did it in 3 min!) -from now on my only destination for AC everything is the North Pole!
Beginning with the reviews and ending with actually having air-conditioning, the service was superb. Talking with Suzie, the office manager began what I imagined would be clear-sailing, and it was. One hiccup- Jason thought the Friedrich would be the best units, ordered them, but upon installation, they did not fit. We had a dilemma, because our bldg. handyman already removed our “through the wall units”, and we could not wait, beyond the date of installation, for a correct size unit. Jason made this happen. The units were installed later that afternoon. We needed the sleeves replaced, unexpectedly, and that was done. It is not inexpensive, but better than Stanley Ruth, and the service was remarkedly excellent AND attentive. If you need a/c, don’t look any further-schedule your appt.
I have had a pleasure receiving support from your company twice. Each time you were very professional and effective. Your technicians are always on time, kind, and knowledgeable. It is uplifting to have an opportunity to cooperate with truly professional and kind people.
Did quick, quality warranty work on 2 of my Friedrich. Employees and the owner are very friendly and professional.-Update work broke 5 days later, called 3x and no response. I had to go back to P.C Richards who fixed the problem quickly.
