COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Submitted a service request form on 9/8/16. Woman who works there advised me it would probably take two weeks to receive an appointment since they were very busy at the time. (fine no big deal, that's fair) Called several times after those two weeks and I was always told someone would call me back. its now 10/14/2016 and I decided to give them one more call. After repeating myself 4 or 5 times their employee says "We're not interested" and hangs up. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE. Seek service elsewhere.
