I would stay away. I called Tony to come by and look at a radiator that wasn't heating up. He bled it, at one point, the water was shooting out of the valve, getting all over the floor. He said we probably need a new radiator, or our pump wasn't powerful enough.

He tried to bleed it from the boiler, "Serviced our heating system" for $600...and then he left, and we were without heat that night.

He showed up the next day and BYPASSED THE CONTROLLER and hooked up the boiler to the always on mode, so within 10 mins the boiler was STEAMING chugging out boiling water.

I called to get a radiator fixed, and ended up with a boiler on the verge of exploding all for the low price of $600.

At this point, we said don't even bother coming back. You've done enough harm.

We called another place, they came, they said this guy would have killed you, and left within about 10 mins fixing everything...also including that this heating system was not even serviced.

I needed emergency service around 9pm during the heat wave and Granty top line was able to send a person out who was knowledgeable, on time and respectful. They recommended a reusable air filter which is a game changer. I excepted to pay an emergency service fee but I was charged an reasonable amount. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again guys!

My hot water heater was nearing 5 years. It started to leak, so I decided to call a licensed plumber. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, if he didn’t know he was transparent about it. The next day Tony came to replace the hwh. He was on time and clean up after himself. The price was reasonable especially being so last minute. Highly recommend!

Technician Tony responded to home for heating unit issue. During visit his fingers lightly picked up my battery operated lantern. When I telephoned him and left a message to call he never called. I then called the telephone number on the receipt. I spoke with male who said his name was Charlie. He stated he would reach out to Tony. Needless to say Charlie didn’t get back to me so I called left a message to call me. Charlie didn’t return the call but texted instead. Asking to describe the lantern, which I did. Because they have several lanterns there. He then replies back states Tony doesn’t have my lantern and besides I have no proof. Little does he know that statement alone is proof enough!! Don’t used this company this employee is not trustworthy or honest and any company who would uphold this type of action should be be patronized.

BEWARE!!!!!!! I hired Tony to fix my shower leak and change the fixtures. It took more than 8 hours and he still had to come back the next day. He then charged DOUBLE the quote stating it turned out to be more work. After one use of the shower, the leak came back and I had to hire a different plumber to not only fix the leaking valve, but to correct the damage he caused to the pipes. (Not to mention the reckless use of the fire torch and burned wood in my wall) Beware!!!!!!!

I love my nest thermostat that Tony installed. Im happy that when I’m far away I can control my cooling it’s far better than having my old Honeywell thermostat

My wife and I really appreciate Tony for coming out it is very hot for the past two weeks and we didn’t have no cooling and he made it work.
