Noonan has not only great pricing but exceptional customer service and integrity. The technician and his crew came out on short notice and did above and beyond what was expected of them with furnace cleaning and air duct cleaning. They were willing to work around our schedule so as to not inconvenience us. All of these great reviews are a testament to the quality service this company offers. I highly recommend this company!

Is a rip off. Sended a worker that was watching YouTube video to find out what was wrong with my furnace. Never fix the problem and charge me for the hour that he spended in my house watching the video. Next day sended me this text: Hey Ms Velasquez Unfortunately all parts for this unit are currently backordered due to tornado in Arkansas i will try my best to locate parts for tune up and the limit switch sorry about this there is a shortage.Never did the job, never contact me again and charge me for 2 years membership. I called and canceled and still waiting for confirmation. Don't trust this company.

Noonan Heating & Cooling has the best technicians in the industry. I immediately contacted them when my hot water tank began to leak. They arrived at my house within 2 hours to assess the situation. The next day, they installed a new tank. They were quick, efficient, and extremely accommodating. They took the time to explain the new system to me. I strongly advise you to use them.

Jerry was good. He arrived when he said he would, introduced himself and found and fixed my problem quickly. He explained everything better than anyone ever had plus has a great personality. Thank you for sending him and highly recommend Noonan Heating & Cooling.

The tech arrived on set up time.
He looked at a my heater. And jumped the gun.
Stating I need a six thousand dollar boiler before even looking at my damaged heater.

The tech wasn't looking for a solution for me, he was looking for a short cut in me getting a new heater system out of me.
I felt cheated by the tech who really looked lost.
Won't do business here.

Had a different company work on our furnace over the winter. Was told by them that I’d need more refrigerant for the summer. Was worried about being low for the hot summer days. Decided to get a second opinion from Noonan Heating & Cooling. The technician came out and said everything looked great, plus gave me some tips to help with the electricity bill through the heat. I will be using this company for any future HVAC needs!! Top notch company!

Was referred by a friend to Noonan Heating & Cooling, and am very happy that I made the choice to go with the services of this company for my recent A/C repair. Kim showed up on time to diagnose the problem and explain to us our different options for AC repair.
