One of the best family-run businesses in the Area! McCarthy Heating & Cooling, Jeff and their team are always reliable and do AMAZING, clean work! They helped us replace multiple furnaces in a building we own and help us with trouble calls regularly. Their prices are competitive and products the install are top notch. All of their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Any time we need help with heating, McCarthy Heating & Cooling is the first place we call. We would definitely recommend them to anyone without any doubt!

I have always had a good experience with McCarthy Heating & Cooling CO. However, I have to rate the service from Dan as exceptional. He kept me informed all the while of what was being done and, since my outdoor unit is on the roof of my condo building, he showed me before and after photos as well as a video of my unit when he chemically cleaned the condenser coil.

Everyone at the company was extremely polite and helpful. Jeff came out to check out our ac system the very next morning I called into the company. They send a picture ahead of time so you know who to expect. Sam was great, very friendly and spent a good amount of time on the roof, even showed me pictures to give me a heads up on a few other issues up there. Didn’t try to sell me anything and laid it all out straight, repairs vs replacement and let me think it over.

I was very pleased with the new AC work. The team was prompt and very consultative. I was offered the best price I could find. They worked quickly and the work seems to be good quality. This guys definitely knows their stuff.

I had an appt between 830-1130am I called to see at what time the technician would arrive I was told he was terminated and they had no one else to come this is unacceptable I worked 16 hour shift and dead tired I at least could have had a courtesy call go with someone else they are very irresponsible!
