ACR Heating & Cooling

Won't return calls. Takes weeks to months to get a returned call after many follow-ups. This time is been over 3 weeks, AC not working and still no response.

Stay away from ACR Heating and Cooling. David Wiederkehr is the owner and did not stand by the work he did for me. He was hired to repair my heating system. That night the boiler overheated, the basement flooded and if I didn't return home when I did, my house would have blown up (this was confirmed by another heating/cooling company & the engineer that was hired by my homeowners insurance co.). I took Mr.Wiederkehr to small claims court to recover my deductible for the new furnace, and I won my case. He has not paid the $500 the court directed him to pay me.
