Within just a couple of days he had our heat restored with a new high efficiency system. No one ever likes to spend money on this type of expense, but I feel like the system will be long lasting and ultimately save money on fuel costs. He has repaired a main line blowout in our front yard, installed a water softener, replaced the plumbing in several sinks and fixed leaking toilets. Always on time and his work is exceptional and prices are very reasonable. Stays in touch by text, comes back the same day if needed. I will never call any other plumber - he's amazing!

Chris was available the same day to come inspect the problem and gave me a quote (Monday at 5:30pm). He scheduled his work for the same week and he brought another worker with him. They were both super knowledgeable with excellent customer service. My furnace was at least a couple of decades old and he adapted all the needed ducts and parts to make it up to code. He an his team were really flexible in terms of time as well. I really appreciate his professionalism, he was on time every time and always communicating if anything changed. I can't not express how much I recommend his company. It is hard to find good quality services for affordable prices in Santa Fe but he sure has all the good qualities you want in your contractor. A+++ type of business.

Our heating system stopped working on a Saturday, and on Monday at 8 AM I called Cypress B as a new customer and left a message. Chris Blea called me back in 6 minutes and said he would take a look that afternoon (we live in a rural area 15 miles from town - so at least an extra 30 mile roundtrip for him). He arrived an hour early, diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. The next morning he texted that the part would arrive Thursday and he would come at 4:30 to install it. On Thursday he arrived early (how many plumbers arrive early twice!), fixed it and texted when all was finished, and included pictures of an additional problem he found and fixed. Chris' responsiveness, communication, promptness, honesty and skill are all the attributes of a perfect professional. We can't imagine that anyone could have done a better job, and we are so glad that we called Cypress B Plumbing.

I have been using Chris for a couple of years for a new water heater and furnace repair. He is extremely reliable, friendly, professional and REASONABLE. I won't use anyone else, call him, you'll be glad you did.
