I decided to have my Carrier Hybrid Heat Pump / Air Conditioner and Furnace systems replaced because of issues I was having with them and the air ducts in my attic. I received estimates from 7 contractors for different brands of HVAC systems as well as repairs to my air ducts. It was AAG Heating and Air Conditioning that won my business.

AAG is a local, family-run business that's been around for over 17 years. Their estimate wasn't the cheapest, yet it was half of one quoted by a big box contractor for the same system! Another important factor in my decision was that one of the owners is my neighbor. I know the family to be honorable and hard-working. Honesty and integrity should be the tagline of the business because that's exactly what AAG is!

Work took place over a number of days because AAG built a new airbox for my duct system and installed it as well as tweaking and making repairs to it in the attic. Then the process of removing the Carrier systems and installing my new Lennox systems began. AAG arrived on time each day and promptly began their work. They were very courteous, worked diligently and completely removed any debris each day.

I am thrilled with my decision to use AAG and their Lennox systems and highly recommend the company to anyone who might need HVAC repairs or replacement. Extremely high standards and exceptional integrity!
