Same day estimate, with next day service for the two new duct installations. Jacob E. was excellent in communication, promptness, professionalism, quality of installation, and the price was reasonable.
This is the second time I have used their services and I would highly recommend A-Tech for all your AC and heating needs.

I’ve been having issues with my AC so one of the workers came out to look it over and told me that everything on my AC is fine.. So a couple of days went by and I still have been having the same issues so I called a different Company to come fix the issue and they easily found the issue with our AC and Fixed it. I will never be using A Tech again! A complete waist of my time and Money!

Edit to original review:
Out of every other AC company in town these guys are almost always available within 24 hours if not sooner. When temperatures were 105°+ they were able to get a temporary unit in and installed within 4 days. The temporary unit wasn't the greatest but was far from the worst. My family was very thankful for the cool air in such hot weather. Today the the permanent unit has arrived and is already installed by 10Am. These guys are a bit more costly but they are there for you when you need them most and also have all professional equipment unlike some other shade tree type companies in town. If there is any type of mix up or confusion contact the office and these guys will definitely make it right ASAP. When in need of urgent care i recommend A-Tech to be there when the other guys aren't.
I Recommend A-Tech Air Conditioning.

Our air conditioner went out 3 weeks ago and we were able to get a tech out the next day, which we were happy about. The tech diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor, which was gonna be a $3000 fix. So my wife and I called our insurance to get an adjuster out to the house, due to them taking a long time we had another company come out and look at it and all it ended up being was the hard start to the compressor, a $50 fix. We had to stay in Hobbs for a week and a half and had to pay A-Techs service fee as well as the other companies service fee plus the part to fix it all due to a misdiagnoses of the problem. We could have been back in our house the next day if diagnosed right the first time. Very disappointed that we are out an extra $175 due to the tech not knowing what to look for. I do not recommend A-Tech and I will never call them again.
Update: After being replied to on my review, I was told to contact the office which I did twice and I was told the owner would call me back. That never happen, very unprofessional in customer service.

I had this company come out and recharge my ac unit. Everything worked fine. Then next summer my ac unit was low in refrigerant again. They charged it but told me about a possible leak. Once again the ac unit worked. Then a few months later my ac unit stopped blowing cold air. They came out to look for a leak. All I was told was, "I don't know where the leak is" and still charged me. I don't appreciate I don't know for a answer. If you have a Easy fix, then this company should come through. A more complicated fix, beware for I don't know answers with a bill.

Great customer service. The tech Dustin came out the same day to evaluate the problem and got the necessary part ordered. 48 hrs later the part arrived and was installed. Ac works better than before. THANK YOU!

Office personel and tech were completely unhelpful. Needed an in-place line set evacuated and a valve opened on a precharged minisplit system. Was willing to pay their estimate of nearly 300 to do so just to make sure it was done right. Refused the work because the residential mini split system is attached to an RV, they didn't seem to understand my setup over the phone. There's no work to be done "to the RV".
I just need a guy who can work a vacuum pump and twist open a valve. Line set is already ran and attached, unit is precharged, don't even need to charge the system. Thankfully a competitor across town is willing to run a pump and turn a valve for me for a third of the price. $300 for an hour of work evacuating 10' of line seems like a hell of a profit to me.
