Had a new HVAC system installed. Bought the 10-year extended warranty that included 2 scheduled service calls within the first year... they showed-up only once!
Now 3 years on... no heat in the dead of winter. Called 3 times. left messages. No response. Like every other small-time hoodlum, they take your money and run.

Top Tier service is a great company, that does great work. I have used them twice to three times to fix my heater and ac when it’s broke on me. Each time they delivered fast reliable services.

TTS just earned a customer for life, my water heater decided to check out and I called top tier. Robert came out the next day and was honest and didn’t try to give me the run around. Gave me a fair price and and marked me down for the coming Friday. Day before he was supposed to come out, his wife called me and informed me they were ahead of schedule and would be at my house in 45 minutes. Robert and Anthony showed up, didn’t play around and got right to work. Fast, friendly, and professional, cannot thank you enough. Wish I could give you more stars.
