Leonard's 24 Hour Service

I've used Leonard's 24 Hour Service twice. At our church and at my place of residency. The integrity, trustworthiness, accountability, work done, and professional courtesy was each time superb. So nice to deal with a company that you can trust in every respect. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I without any reservation I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Satisfied customer? You betcha!!

Leonard came to my house after hours to diagnose problems with my swamp coolers. One needed to be replaced so he got up early in the morning on Saturday (his day off) to pick up a new one and install it. He did this because we just brought my dad home from the nursing home and Leonard didn’t want my dad to have to suffer in the 100° heat. High quality work done quickly, reasonable prices, kind and compassionate, and went above and beyond. Thank you Leonard and Josephine!

They went above and beyond to help me. I was so very blessed from the moment I called until they left. And all for a great price. I will not use anyone else!

I own a meat processing facility so the freezers are a pretty big deal. We were having a lot of trouble with the freezers. Leonard came out same day and got them running better than I’ve ever seen them. I’m extremely happy, very reasonable prices, and I’m a lifelong customer now I won’t go anywhere else. One of the things that I respected the most about him was that he explained everything to me and how I can keep them running better without having to call somebody.

Overcharged me over $900 to fix a water leak and is still leaking and left a mess under my trailer and then said he won’t be able to come back to fix it for a few days, so I’m without water. Not professional, not honest, and will not recommend to anyone. Didn’t do everything he said he was going to do. Really feel ripped off. Paid him all that money and still have to hire someone else to do it.

We had Leonard come out to our house to replace an anode rod in our water heater. He arrived on time, was professional in his communication and more importantly he was honest because the anode rod we asked he replace was no longer in a condition where that would be useful to the water heater. But he could have done the service regardless, charged us, and gone on his way instead of giving his professional opinion that we'd be wasting our money. Based on this we will not hesitate to have Leonard back out for whatever work he can do that we might need and because of our experience we have recommended him to others who have reported back to us as being happy with his services.
