I can't say enough good about these guys! Jeremy showed up ahead of the scheduled time due to a cancellation, and was very professional and courteous. He fixed our air conditioner promptly and the price was very fair and reasonable. It is nice to know that there are still honest businesses and employees out there. 5 stars to Kidzz Mechanical!

Updating - 6/5/23 - Just had Neil out for Service and he's got me running again without my previous issues, I'm telling you, if you need help with your cooler just call Kidzz. Neil was up and down the ladder a few times, adjusting the unit getting everything working the way it should and I'm just so incredibly happy I reached out to them. Don't hesitate, just call! These folks aim to please and everyone has been so easy to deal with.

I called Kidzz to come out and give me a quote on replacing my evaporative cooler. My brother told me that if I could not get my unit fixed and running for this summer, I would need to replace it.
My brother has worked on swamp coolers for 40 plus years (personal units, including mine so I trust his guidance). Anyway, Derek came out and we had a great conversation. We came up with a plan and I'm so extremely happy with the plan right now. While we haven't done any work yet, I'm very satisfied with everyone I've worked with so far. Christina was working on the holiday and actually called me the day I called Kidzz for help, she got me scheduled and was the best to deal with. I'll update as needed but I look forward to establishing a relationship with Kidzz, that's how impressed I am!

If you need a ductless mini split go with Kidzz mechanical. Do not waste your time in calling other companies. We had 5 different companies come out for an estimate, we just so happened to save the best for last. Save the time and call the Kidzz first.
They were incredibly professional when installing the unit. There was a part broken on the indoor unit that I noticed once they left, I gave them a call and they returned within the hour and replaced the piece.

I called Kidzz Mechanical because my swamp cooler stopped working. They gave me an appt with Neil the next morning. They texted me his location so that I knew when he would arrive. Neil was professional , knowledgeable and with perfect manners. He fixed what was wrong right away and treated me fairly based on how quick the repair was. I highly recommend him and I will use this company in the future. I have many home repairs done so I have much to compare for my good recommendation!.

I feel incredibly Blessed to have found KIDZZ Mechanical Neil Smith is a wonderful caring professional person. Explained everything showed me what was wrong. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends. My swamp cooler wasn’t working and he got everything going and showed me the problem and explained why it wasn’t working. He texted me to let me know the time he would be arriving he kept in touch truly a fabulous business and a beautiful person.

Jeremy really knows the AC business and was very helpful with me holding the original install company accountable. He's very honest and straight forward. A true professional! I highly recommend this company.

I'm an older woman on a fixed budget so my son sent these fine people to my door. Neil was able to get my AC up and running in no time. Neil was polite and very professional.

On Friday afternoon I called a few places I found after googling AC Repair in ABQ, because our AC decided to stop working in this crazy heat. The first two places had no availability for a whole week. When I called Kidzz the lady who answered was very nice, took my info, and said a Tech would give me a call. Jeremy called me a couple minutes later and didn't have anything available on his schedule until Monday, but after getting my address said he would be in the area early the next morning and was going to try to stop by. He text and called when he was 20 minutes out. Showed up and did his thing, our AC is working wonderfully! Very professional and personable I would recommend to anyone needing services.

Kidzz Mechanical is the best. Jeremy was prompt at 7 with a 7-9 window He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He serviced our A/C unit for spring maintenance. He gave us tips on how to keep it in tip top shape. We will have them do All our work. A+ service and company . We highly recommend Kidzz Mechanical.

10/10 would recommend. They scheduled me on the same week that I called, the technician was exactly on time, was very knowledgeable about my system, and kept me updated on status. All without disturbing my dogs! Will definitely return as a client. Now my house is nice and cool for the summer!
