The days of Tom are over. I went in a few times now to see about material and a new salesman since Tom retired. They could care less. I guess they have enough customers. When I called for a price they were reluctant to even price because its been a while. I told them it's because no one will get back to me. Needless to say they were priced out of the ballpark compared to Metal West. It's pretty bad when a long time customer has to almost beg to get service just to be given probably per piece pricing even though I buy 5k pound skids at a time. I used to spread the skids between companies to keep everyone happy but I guess the train stops here. You should be happy to purchase from a company. If not, check out others because they are there. Reliance, Metal Mart, Custom Metal Products, Metal Center, Metal depot, Choice steel, ect Hercules in Utah is still awesome though. My brother runs ductwork by the Mile there at our other location and they treat him well. Read my reviews I keep it straight to the point good or bad

Didnt find anybody helpful call for a part was told to bring in part and sales person seamed bugged that he didn't even get on of his chair to look at part just told me he couldn't help me as if he didn't want Mexican in there ....weird...not very welcome filling from staff..
