I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

Ricks Comfort Solutions is amazing !! Rick and his entire team are very professional and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. When we ordered our new AC/Heating unit, Tracey was super helpful explaining all our different options and she is always very responsive any time we have a problem. I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would "get back to me" with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

I have had two different companies give me two different problems and issues with my mini-split system. Comfort solutions came in diagnosed my problem and fixed it under the price quoted!

Hello Everyone! This business went over and beyond their call of duty..
1. CALLED AFTER HOURS, AFTER 8PM ON SUNDAY.
ANSWERED MY CALL WITHOUT HESITATION....
2. VERY INFORMATIVE WAS NEVER A HIDDEN COST.. I WAS DOING YARD MAINTENANCE AND NICKED MY COOPER TUBING WHICH CAUSED UNIT TO LOSE ALL FREEON...
3. VERY VERY REASONABLE, JASON WILL WORK WITH YOU... AMAZING TOO KNOW THERE ARE STILL REAL PEOPLE OUT THERE...
4. OFFICE STAFF CAME OUT- WAS WELCOMED WITH A SMILE, WENT AROUND 5PM, SAW A FEW EMPLOYEES, THEY WERE VERY PLEASENT... I WOULD GIVE THIS BUSSINESS MORE THAN A 5 STAR UNABLE BECAUSE OF CHOICES...
