Anderson Air Corps

My furnace kept going on and off, so I called Anderson. A tech was out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. An hour later I called Anderson and told them the furnace was still shutting on and off. A technician came out that evening and found the actual problem and said he would let the company know. I received a call the next morning from a company representative u said he would send out another tech to correct the problem which he did. The company refunded the cost of the wrong part and made sure I was satisfied with the service. So nice to do business with a company that wants to provide quality service to its customers. Thank you, Anderson Air Corps.

Another very good appointment with Anderson Air Corp. We were called and reminded that a scheduled maintenance was due. We were given an agreable time and date. The tech, Arnold, called to let us know he was on his way. He arrived and set about the check-up. I had one concern I mentioned to him which he tackled and completed. Everything was checked out and there was no "up-selling" of parts or service. He did not rush thru the appointment and went over what was done. Over the years we have been very happy with Anderson. From the day they Installed a new HVAC system in our home to our last service just the other day.

Anderson AC recently serviced my A/C system which was intermittently malfunctioning. This situation is possibly the worst news for a serviceman because not only was it not their own installation, but the symptom was elusive and unpredictable.

Technician Scott Osborne came out the next day and spent considerable time chasing the problem. I am an engineer and easily followed his diagnostic methods. He is knowledgeable, logical and thorough ; because of the intermittency of the problem, it required 3 trips, each of which was done on short notice without complaint. Since this was not their original work, manager Michael Huffstutler could have justifiably walked away from the job, but instead supported Scott's repeated trips to our house.

It was eventually fixed properly, and I have nothing but praise for Scott and Anderson Air Corps.

I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received from Anderson Air Corps over many years. They have maintained both my home heater and refrigerated air systems. From management, service personnel and office employees they all have been very professional and responsive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their heating and cooling needs. Juan was top of the line amazing! He climbed on my roof to see what the problem was and found that the unit had tipped over. Instead of just picking it back up, he spent a long time securing it and using supplies to bind it down so no future problems will arise. He was friendly, personable, helpful and professional. He didn't come in and rush through it, as he took his time. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Arnold, who came to my home, did a great job repairing my refrigerated air conditioner. He was very thorough and willing to explain everything to me. The cost was also very reasonable compared to others. I would most definitely recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge.

Greg was knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. He not only capably switched me from swamp cooler to heat, but also vacuumed the furnace. It was the most thorough conversion I have experienced.

While I didn't get any repairs done by this company, I called to ask about getting a roof jack replaced for my Swamp Cooler. The service department said it was $75 just for the tech to come out. I asked if the $75 would be credited towards the repair if I went with them, and she said no... it's just $75 to show up.

So what if he couldn't do the repair... I still owe this guy $75 for his waste of my time? What if the repair estimate was WAY overpriced... I still owe this guy $75? What if I do end up going with you... you won't even credit the $75 to my bill like basically every other business out there? Hard pass.
