Would recommend using anyone other than Accord. Customer service was extremely unprofessional, quality of work was very poor and price felt like Mark was trying to take you for as much as he possible could. I see lots of positive reviews from the past but unfortunately clearly something has changed.

Mark Lopez was very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He showed up on a Saturday before the scheduled time and charged the amount he quoted over the phone. Mark used cheap materials that weren't able to endure water from shower or weight of being walked on. Tile had chiped on several corners tiles and ultimately causing water to leak under the tiles to the concrete and 2x4s. A shower pan wasn't Installed so the hole bottom had to be replaced only a little over a year. AT first I thought it was being damage by the tenant but when they moved out tiles continued to crack and chip off. I seen a tile that wasn't damaged before now had a new chipped corner on it. I bent down to touch it and it slid right off the small square tile. Now that I seen first hand I know it wasn't the tenant but the supplies used by the contractor. Even if the tenat told us before the 1 year warranty ended i don't think he would admit his mistake.
