BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company I've ever used. The installer could not speak one word of English. I had to assist with installation. I found myself working as late as 11:00 pm. He did not have tools needed to install my AC. I had to borrow tools from my neighbor. I could not get in touch with Aaron Soriano. He would not return my calls.. HE THREATENED ME!!! I should have reported him to the police and to the Construction Industries Division. BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have used them on several locations, starting with good service to now, I can’t get them to finish what was started. At one location, I was assured that the system installed would do the job. Unfortunately that is not the truth, my upstairs is too hot to occupy and can not get them to fix. At my personal location, the system has not worked properly since installed over a year ago. To fix, I am being asked to pay for the labor as the units are under warranty. However, the a/c has never worked, why do I have to pay more!!!
