These folks were great!! We purchased a water conditioning system for the whole house. I asked the system manufacturer if they could recommend anyone locally that had installed this system. They recommended Cliff, the owner of D7 Mechanical. He came out, gave us a free estimate, and the showed up on time with his helpers. They did an amazing job! The price was fair for top quality work. We highly recommend!!!

Such great service provided! Fast, professional, proficient. Provided by our home warranty company, very happy with the all around service. Didn’t have heat for a couple days, they came out the morning after we called our home warranty. They fixed it but then it sent an error code so he came back same day and found the other problem. Would recommend!

My home warranty company assigned this company to me and told me they would be contacting me to set up service. After a day and a half of not hearing from them I called at 4pm the next day and I got no answer and left a voicemail. The next day I had to work and I had a break so I called again around 11am and again no answer. So I called my warranty company and told them the situation so the warranty company called them and again no answer from this company. So the warranty company said they would find someone else for me. Then an hour later this company calls me back and I explain that I could not get ahold of them so my warranty company took them off as the provider and is finding someone else. Well the warranty company could not find anyone else so I asked if we could just go back to 7-D since after all they did finally call me back. I called this company and again this secretary that spoke with me the day before and acted highly unprofessional because I told her I was not going with them since I did not hear from them. She again was extremely rude and said they would not be servicing me since I cancelled. In my opinion this is highly unprofessional to treat a potential customer and I made sure my warranty company knew about the rude treatment I was faced with. I would suggest having people that have compassion to handle business calls because the person you have now is just not a nice person! So now you have lost my business and I found one that is much more professional and also willing to help me within a few days instead of weeks out!

Cliff was very professional and personable on the phone as well as in person. He was prompt and got my furnace running quickly, even with my two curious, chatty kids around. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was instead of just letting me know it was taken care of and gave me some tips to keep it from happening again. It was a pleasure to meet him and I’ll definitely be calling him again if the need arises!

The team was professional, efficient and helpful. Rather than just come in and do the minimum, they took the time to educate me and make a few simple suggestions to help my system run more efficiently. It is comforting to find a company that goes above and beyond while doing quality work.

Clifford fit me in his busy schedule and got my ac working. He was friendly on the phone. I wasn't here when he did the maintenance but when I got home I had a working ac. Fast,friendly and great service. Highly recommend! Oh and he is a dog lover!!!

Great service- very knowledgeable and experienced. He explains the problems and will go out of his way to make sure the job is done well. He worked on my heater in the fall and is fixing my a/c that wasn’t done properly by another company.

He was honest, humble and very knowledgeable. Able to fit me in fast for repair, on my home refrigetion unit. Very reasonably priced. He also does commerical jobs too. Would suggest anyone needing any ac work. Very happy with service.
