They came to give me an estimate twice .. once for a new heating system and once for a sub pump. Never got any pricing from them for either job. Don't waste your time calling them.

I highly recommend Generation III. I called them because our furnace wasn't turning on and the house was getting cold. Jerry called me back within a couple hours and was at our house the same day to fix the problem. He took the time to explain what was wrong and answered our questions. Thanks again Jerry and Generation III for being so responsive. We will be using Gen III for all our needs and couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

Great experience. Had a clogged drain on a Saturday morning. Tried to fix it myself with no luck. Called up GenIII at 8:00am, by 9:00am Kenny was here and fixed it. Very courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after working on it. A bit steep on price $200, but it was worth it. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I love these guys! Jerry and Julie Pignatelli, Generation 3 owners, are always there when you need them and do everything they can to help you during a difficult situation. Generation 3's crews are reliable and trustworthy, and over the years, they have fixed a leak in my kitchen sink, replaced my furnace and one of my air conditioning units, as well as put in 2 sump pumps!! They do it all and their quality workmanship, experience and expertise make them worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!

Jerry was supposed to unclog the drain in my tub. He had the nerve to charge $280 for a very simple job of running a "snake", trying to unclog it. This is an INSANE amount for such job. He left with my money and knowing that the drain was still not unclogged. When I called him back to get him to come finish the job right, he wanted to charge me another $150 to do right what he did wrong in the first place. I found someone else over the internet who did the job right the first time for $75 in a matter of minutes. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of Generation III they are a total ripoff!!!

Jerry was great with helping me out during a plumbing emergency. I would definitely recommend him. He was professional, clean, and did a quality job.

I must have contacted 3-4 other companies in the area and this was the only company that showed up. They new exactly what was wrong and was fixed in no time. I taped the business card on the furnace so I don’t lose it and know who to call.

My high efficiency Peerless boiler stopped after a power surge. GIII got it running sort of while we waited for a replacement board. It arrived and as soon as the snow cleared, they replaced it. After a week it’s running fine. They did a good job following Covid protocols.
