Professional and courteous. Needed a new hot water heater. They were available in less than 24 hrs. Tech was professional and explained where the heater failed J ob was clean and proper. Will recommend them in the future.

Customer service and techs are awesome. Pretty quick availability and reasonable pricing.

Had an emergency where my pump in the basement got clogged. Amazing service was here in less than and hr. Fixed it and great to work with. They also previously installed plumbing for a coffee maker and figured out best way to set it up with the least disruption. Highly recommend them.

I had them come and view work for a small job. They committed to returning a written quote the next day. After two follow up calls no response nor quote provided. This is unprofessional and based on this behavior glad I have found someone else who responds.

They sent a plumber to change our shower knob and forgot the caulking- major leak in our living room when we used the shower. Once we realized what was happening- they told us to put some caulking- did not come to complete the job- very disappointing. We expected so much more after hearing great things.

Kurt from Tritan came out to look at an old unit -- made some recommendations, was very knowlegable and gave us some options to think about. Tritan installed our newer unit a few years ago and have been servicing both old and new unit since and we have been very happy with them.
