Good quality service. Knowledgeable staff. Need to be under contract to recieve service. Oil prices are too high for me to sign with them, so no contract for me. If all you need is oil go elsewhere.

I should have called PSEG Worry Free to have them fix my gas furnace. We ran into trouble when installing new thermostat, and the gas furnace got shorted out because there was another part of the old thermostat, which i forgot to remove, still connected to the system. We called them over at night (accepted that 149 dollars night calling charge) for "diagnostic". The guy came over and took a look, and he didn't find the problem and determined the circuit board of the furnace shorted, and said will order the part if it available (until two days later while there is no heat). Next day, we cannot wait for their call any longer, and called PSEG. They came over, and found the problem at first glance. They found the transformer is shorted, not the circuit board, and the limiter is bad. They replaced them and the system runs fine again with the new thermostat. Hence, I suggest people should call their utility first before McAllister, and any other HVAC contractors. At least It will save the 148 dollars mistake...

Great job on hot water installation! Highly skilled, friendly, knowledgeable, and left everything in pristine condition. Definitely recommend!!!
