Meyer & Depew Company

First of all, based on my experience I would only use Meyer & Depew for my heat, AC, and generator servicing , as well as the related whole house humidifier and Halo allergen system.

I spoke with Philip F. On Friday and again today when I called. I was glad it was him. I recalled how patient, helpful, and professional he was on the prior call. I was trying to finish up a rebate form from my gas company for my new furnace. Phil was able to get me to the right people to help me with the Meyer & Depew details on my form. Very appreciative.

The Technician was polite, knowledgeable , attentive, thorough; he was a breath of fresh air compared to the todays workers. I was very satisfied with the service.

Very thorough and concerned that we are well taken care of. Knowledgeable about systems and solutions to our needs. Listens to our concerns and acts to address thoroughly.

I strongly recommend Meyer and Depew. Today our technician Christian B, was very professional and went above and beyond to explain things. Also very pleasant to work with. He did our maintenance and repair, was very fast and knowledgeable.

Christian was very professional. AC not working. Inside unit froze up, same as last year. Came on Friday, Returned today after unit defrosted and drain was unclogged. He believes he has diagnosed and fixed the problem. Meyer & Depew hires knowledgeable technicians and they call and speak to headquarters if they need to check anything. They are also very friendly and explain everything to me.

Chris was timely and very professional. Also very considerate of keeping a clean work area. You’ve got a great employee in Chris.

Jonathan R. came out yesterday for service and he was so through and knowledgeable. Explained everything to us and was so trusted. What a gem. Never met someone that knew the inside and outs of the machines. We felt like he really knew everything more than anyone. Will always use him.
