I reached out to P&V because of their proximity and trying to support a local business. They agreed, and scheduled me for 12-2. 2PM came, and no call to confirm, so I called for a second time, they assured me they would be there between 2-4PM. 3:30PM came, so I called again, they said they would reach out to the person assigned to come and would reach out within a half hour. At 5PM, an hour and a half later, the contractor called and said he was picking up his son from the airport and asked if it would be acceptable to come after 6pm. At 7:10PM, I called the contractor, and he asked to reschedule tomorrow. Having followed up now 7 times between the scheduling agency and the contractor, you should not rely on this business to treat you with respect or meet their deadlines in a timely fashion. Utterly disappointed in every regard.

I would highly recommend this company, honest, hard working, ethical, knowlegable.

Great service and friendly staff!!! That was excellent! The guys showed up at the beginning of the appointment, earliest time, and I was very happy. He did the maintenance, cleaned up, and was gone. Great service, love P & V HVAC!

P & V HVAC is a consummate professional. He was extremely easy to work with and easily accessible via the phone. On a moments notice he was able to work around a time change and execute the job while exceeding expectations. Their staff is very skilled, responsive and friendly!!!

Do not trust a company that requests payment via credit card up front. The address of this "HVAC repair" company is a residential address. Customer service personnel all have Indian accents, which is much more typical of a scam based in India than a business in this heavily Hispanic zipcode. Phone number is not a Jersey City-based phone number. Also the five-star rating was another dead giveaway that this is not a legitimate business.

The installation of our AC was done by the gentlemen from P & V HVAC. They are quick and very knowledgable about their job. Before they went home, they cleaned up the area. Job well done guys!!

From the first phone call to the exit from our home, we were impressed. They communicated at every step what was going on and kept their word on arrival time and ability to fix the problem.

Worst technician. Worst service. They will charge a lot $$$$. Don’t use this service. They will not respond you after their service. They will charge again if problem occurs.

I would definitely use them again!
