I found Promen because they are a sponsor of my son's soccer team (Thank you for supporting the community!) When my central AC unit stopped cooling, I immediately thought to contact them and looked them up online. I called at 7:45am and left a message and the owner called me back within 15 minutes, and within the hour there was a tech at my house. It is now 9:30am and my AC unit is cooling! The owner and his team are professional, responsive, and pricing is fair and affordable! I could not be happier. Highly recommend using Promen for your HVAC needs.

After being not only overcharged for snaking a line due to water in the basement, because the pipe from the house to the street was not properly taken care of, additional water and sewage flowed in the basement.
I contacted Promen who came immediately and properly completed the job and alleviated the problem at a quarter of the price I initially paid the first plumber. I can’t thank Diego, the owner, enough for coming so quickly and doing the proper job for a reasonable price.
I would absolutely recommend him.

I called this morning and Diego came out this evening and fixed our slow drain. He was affordable and explained why the issue was taking place and suggested a way to keep it from happening again. I highly reccommend him and Promen Plumbing Inc.

Great Hvac in the area my AC unit fixed in 24 hours ! Great service and great management

Diego of Promen is an all star. He walked us through the entire process of installing central ac in our home along with a split duct in our basement. We ran into some issues with the town with no fault of Diego of course. He was very understanding and patient during the entire process. Diego and his team always showed up early and were very professional. We had a very difficult time finding a company to give us a quote and actually show up. We are so happy with the completion of the project. We hit the jackpot with Promen. I can honestly say that I can recommend this company to absolutely anyone without hesitation.

Promen recommended Heil for my new air conditioner. Heil is basically a Carrier air conditioner that has been re-packaged for residential applications. Heil is a little more expensive than some other types of air conditioners but has a better long-term track record for maintenance-free operation. I was very impressed with the speed with which they moved. Once I signed on, they ordered the new A/C unit. It was delivered to them a few days later and they installed it two days after they received it. The entire installation including removal of the old unit was a two-man job and took about 5 hours. They also included a new electronic thermostat. The supervisor, Diego, stopped by toward the end of the installation and also handled the permit. They started a little after 7:00 AM and were finished a little after 12:00 noon. They were rapid, intelligent, knowledgeable and professional.

Diego is absolutely awesome. He’s super nice and smart and he’s really just a good guy! I called Diego yesterday to come replace my thermostat with the newer “smart” version thermostat and he came that day!! He was sooo knowledgeable, professional, cool, easy to talk to and definitely taking the precautions to be COVID free. I liked him so much I actually gave his number to my boss (we need a guy like Diego)! Lastly...ask about his new puppy!! OMG. Absolutely gorgeous mush! (I have a puppy too and Diego was so good to him). It’s a no brainer calling him. He’s awesome.

My old water heater was broken. Got it replaced within a few hours and for a good price!

My air conditioning stopped working late Saturday night which is when I called Diego and he responded saying he would be there the next morning between 8 and 9 to fix it. He showed up on time, discovered the problem, and fixed it. He is VERY knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars and would 100% use him again. Highly recommend.
