Called on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
Sam showed as scheduled after getting a text he was on the way. My pool heater was not working. He quickly diagnosed my problem, replaced the part with ease and had me up and running in no time. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend them. Absolutely professional, courteous and reasonably priced. 100% positive experience!!!

This group is professional, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team. When others wouldn't follow through, they'd push to get the job done and they care about doing it right. Excellent communication which is sometimes tough to find. I’ll work with them again

AJ Duval came to inspect my HAC unit , He was able to find the cause of concerning noise and fixed it. He updated me on the condition of the whole unit as he inspected it meticulously and gave me advice on future issues or problems. Recommended me solutions for future problems. My water line that fed into my toilet was leaking causing a puddle to build up in my upstairs bathroom and downstairs ceiling to be stained. I called at 9:15am and was greeted by a polite professional. We were told the technician would arrive between 11 and 1pm. Julian arrived on time, just before 11am!

Our technician, Julian, was fantastic! He was on time, professional, and explained the issue to us well. He fixed the issue and now there are no more leaking issues and there were no "unexpected" costs when he was finished.

If we have another issue I will be requesting Julian! Overall, great experience.

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism. Had used them for years for service. Then when something broke. Their parts department gave me the total run around for over a week on an urgent matter. Then said they couldn't fix and needed to replace. Second guy in (different company) had the part in their truck and took less than 15 mins.

Total crooks these guys turned out to be. Avoid them, especially AJ. $125 down the drain with them - pricey lesson to learn to never use them again. Be ware! Lots better options out there.

I would highly rate the company. My furnace was not working, so I hired another company to diagnose it. The service person came and removed the motor. He stated that the motor needs to be replaced and will cost me $1500 to do so. Since my furnace is old, it is better I replace it and will cost me $5000 for a new furnace. He charged me $170 for coming and left the motor outside the furnace stating since it is not working, there is no point putting it back.
So, I called 5-6 other companies for a quote and everybody gave me the same ball park number. I had got a promotional offer from Advanced Professional, so I wanted to give them a try. From the very first call, Advanced Professional was truly professional. Valentina was extremely courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Joey was the technician that came over. He tested the motor and stated that there is nothing wrong with it. It is the capacitor that is not working. He replaced the capacitor and placed the motor back to the furnace and my furnace was working. It is now a week since I called Advanced Professional and I am very happy with their services. I have saved their number and would definitely call them again if I need to.

These guys are the real deal. They replaced my gas water heater, and it was great. They helped me buy a robust new unit. Throughout the project, they made sure that it was up to my liking. They work with clients and value their opinion. I hope I never need a replacement in the future, but if I do, I know who to call.

Last week we found a break in the water main pipe connecting to our home. Called 4 plumbers, 1 never returned our call and 2 gave us dates that would have left us without water for 3-5 days. This Company immediately returned our call, asked for a snapshot of the issue so he could give us an estimate on the spot, and set an appointment between 12 & 3 the next day. We received a text message the next day letting us know the plumber was on the way. He arrived on time and immediately began working. They came in slightly below the estimate.

I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Beware of bait and switch. I would have loved to put in a 5 star review. I called the company based on the 5 star google reviews. I recently wanted to see if there was anything I could do get my central air blow colder air.

I called a few places before I eventually landed on Advanced and was quoted the price for the full inspection was 79.00$ I agreed and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and were VERY professional when arrived. They wore masks, shoe covers etc. The technician was great was able to identify the a few issues, which he showed me on his cell phone (frayed wires, some growth in the outdoor condenser?). He said I could speak the office to get these repaired. Based on my initial conversation and initial cost (of 79.00) I no expectation of this being included in the cost. Once the technician had left the office called me and asked me how I wanted to pay. The price was now $251.00. I asked to have the explanation of the work that was done (considering it was now almost 3 times what was quoted (for a diagnostic/evaluation). After asking for the manager I was told he was not available but the person I spoke did offer to read the invoice to me again (was very cordial and polite). They didn not address the concern of disparity of cost.

I don't like hassles, after asking several times why I was quoted 79 and then charged 251.00 I paid the 251 and said I would just write the review (this accordingly).

Note I have PSE&G worry free, there was nothing wrong with the unit (as they also identified - outside of potential future issues from wiring). According the tech it was blowing colder air (I cannot say if thats true or not the house is roughly the same temperature and they measured (apparently) when they started ) and he changed the filter (which I provided) and slid into the unit (about 30seconds ish).

if this is worth 251.00, and you don't mind paying almost three times the cost than this is the right place for you. I despise dishonesty and have just elected to not do business with them anymore and rate them accordingly.

I called Advanced to unclog a sewer drain on 12/14/18. While the plumber was "working", he got a sewer vent pipe dislodged and disconnected. Afterwards he wouldn't admit he made a mistake and refused to accept any responsibility. Instead he wanted to charge me another $250 to get it reconnected. I got in contact with the owner (David). After a long, at times heated and confrontational discussion, he finally agreed to fix the problem. I ended up paying him another $30.
On a positive note, the plumber did come promptly when called. However, the total denial of responsibility was unacceptable. All this should not have happened if he had done it correctly in the first place.I would stay away from this company advanced professional plumbing in the future.
