My first time using Ideal and I could not be happier. Jay came out, he was on time, friendly, professional and he diagnosed and fixed my AC quickly. I plan on calling him for all of my heating/AC needs from here on. I can not recommend him enough!

3/24/20 Plaistow Nh had a power outage because of the snow storm and fried my primary control on the burner leaving me and my fiancé with no heat. Jay came within 15-20 mins of calling him and replaced what needed to be replaced. I’m huge on customer service and being a young new home owner I was expecting to get overcharged but didn’t. Got treated with respect and priced fairly. Earned a new client.

Was having issues with my boiler and water heater at the same time in my new place. Jay came out almost immediately and serviced my boiler and replaced the water heater. Had heat and hot water in no time. Highly recommended, fair professional
