Don't consider anyone else, Lakes Region Heating and Air is a first rate company! Everyone I came in contact were personable and professional! This includes the owner, Taylor who I worked with me to schedule the appointment, and Brian the tech who came to my home.

Eric showed up when he was suppose to. I was very impressed with Eric's knowledge of the HVAC system and he was very detailed and took time to explain to me several maintenance items. It was obvious to me Lakes Region Heating and Air have a very customer friendly culture.

LRPH has an excellent automation system that keeps you notified of the status of your visit. From day ahead reminderd to delays, to pre-visit notifications when they are on their way, etc. This, combined with their excellent workmanship and polite, professional employees makes them my go to for plumbing and heating.

Our seasonal house had a FHA furnace that essentially hadn't worked for 5 years. Multiple professionals including the original installers couldn't/wouldn't fix it. I called Lakes Region Heating and Air Conditioning this morning, they dispatched Brian, and by this afternoon it is running!! He spent the extra time and his curiosity made all the difference! I am so pleased and will be using them regularly now for maintenance.

I placed a service call for my ac not working on the hottest Monday of the summer. Clearly, there were many service calls to get to but they fit me into their schedule before noon the same day and had my system up and running quickly. I have a geothermal heating and air conditioning unit that quit earlier this spring. The company that installed the unit seems to refuse to want to come do repairs on it. Lakes Region did exactly what they said they were going to do they showed up exactly when they're said they were going to actually earlier than I figured. The technician was courteous kind neat and seem to know what he was doing had the unit up and running within a few minutes although it was a minor problem I appreciate there work ethic. Thanks Lakes Region I am now enrolled in there twice a year service program thank you

I've been using Lakes Region for almost 10 years and their staff and service has been fantastic. We elected to do the twice-a-year preventative maintenance plan, so they discover and resolve problems before there's a crisis. Highly recommended.
