Responded to my initial phone call within 30 minutes. My furnace died, and we were cold! We couldn't wait - we needed a whole new furnace, A/C, and humidifier system (all were 20 yrs plus), and we needed it now. It was a bad position to be in, but MS and Sons came through. They responded quickly, diagnosed my problem, verified we needed new equipment, and they took out the old stuff, installed the new stuff, and had everything up and running in less than one day. They will return for final A/C tweaking when it warms up. They did all of this work the day after my initial phone call. That's fast! Professional, excellent, clean work, friendly people - but especially, they accommodated us without delay. We were COLD - even the dog was shivering.

Very pleased with the work done at my home. Neighborhood had natural gas conversion scheduled for May/June of 2018. Contracted with MS and Son's in June to have home converted from propane. New furnace w/central A/C, new hot water heater and piping. The natural gas conversion was not completed until November 2018. These guys managed to get my home completed while continuing to service their regular customers. Their work is exceptional. They kept the work area clean and were responsive to questions. I would recommend them highly.

Have been using MS & Sons for years with total satisfaction. Most recently my furnace broke on a Saturday while husband was away with minus degree wind chills. Called Mike and he was here in half an hour and problem was fixed. I would recommend him highly to anyone. Quality service with a smile!
