W L Brady Corporation

My joke of a warranty company sent W,L BRADY to service my furnace.(my heat exchange needs to be replaced) $600 part. They said they would rather replace the 6 year old furnace instead of doing the fix because it's to much work and will coast more.i got 3 other companies quote $1500. They want to charge over $4000. My warranty company will pay $4100 to replace but wl BRADY won't return my calls for over a week. Been without heat since week before Thanksgiving.

Always friendly and courteous. They called ahead to give an ETA on both visits. Both visits they were happy to explain what they were repairing and why it may have occurred and how to avoid it in the future. I'm very happy with the service I've gotten from W L Brady. Truly can't recommend highly enough! A family run business that arrives with a smile.

I highly recommend W.L.Brady I had a great experience with this company. Had a new furnace and AC installed. I was using a home warranty I purchased when I bought my house which was not an easy process but Kelly in the office helped me every step of the way. She had great customer service and was extremely helpful! Rob was great to work with and Billy the tech that installed my units was very helpful in answering all of our questions. I would use this company again! Great all around service.

Service tech great , knowledge but the office stright garbage still no invoice estimate for repairs need called multiple time give correct info and email told theyll email and ship a copy still nothing. Sad a business cant even give an overpriced estimate if their too busy or just say we are not intrested. Looks like I'll be having to call another company to give my money too

Phenomenal service, friendly and professional ! Called to have heat fixed. They explained the workings of my system to me, gave tips and knowledge about how to perform preventive maintenance.
